Who we are
MariGo is an independent web studio based in the Netherlands. If you have any questions about your data, email office@marigo.tech.
What we collect
When you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, company name (if you add one) and your message. Our hosting provider also keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site running and secure. This site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if we work together, to deliver your project. We never sell your details or use them for marketing without asking you first.
Who helps us
Our website and its emails run on our website platform (Lovable), and messages arrive in our email inbox hosted by IONOS. They only process your details on our behalf.
How long we keep it
If no project follows, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If we work together, we keep what we need for the project and for legal and tax records.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them, by emailing office@marigo.tech. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
